Concession in fees is granted to deserving cases, it is granted for one year only and must be renewed each year. Pupils who are in receipt of the concession are not exempted from payment of their fees and special fees.
Fee concession is not granted if the pupil shows unsatisfactory results in conduct, progress, and attendance.
If a pupil fails to reach regularly the minimum marks for a pass in all subjects the fees concession that was granted will be canceled.
Application for concession in fees should be made in person by the parents during the first week after re-opening of the school in June each year.
